1. How do we actually start working together?
Answer: It all begins with a conversation. You book a free consultation call, we chat about your vision, and we figure out if we’re the right fit. If we are, we’ll send over a custom proposal and a project timeline.
2. What happens during the Free Consultation? Is it a sales pitch?
Answer: It’s a 30 minute discovery chat. We’ll ask about your goals, your current roadblocks, and your timeline. If we can help, we’ll tell you how. If we aren’t the right fit, we’ll point you in the direction of someone who is.
3. Who will I be talking to?
Answer: You’ll be talking directly to one of our senior team members. We don’t pass you off to junior designers or account managers. You get direct access to the people doing the work.
4. Do you handle both the design AND the development?
Answer: Yes, we do! We have a full-stack team with experts in both design and development. We prefer to handle both sides of the project to ensure a seamless workflow and consistent quality.
5. What does “White Labeling” mean?
Answer: White labeling means we build a product or service for you, and you rebrand it as your own. An example would be a website or app we build for your agency, which you then sell to your clients under your brand name.
6. How long does a typical project take?
Answer: A typical project timeline depends on the scope and complexity of the project. A simple brand identity might take 2 weeks, while a comprehensive UX/UI design and build could take 8 to 12 weeks. We will give you a strict timeline in our proposal before you sign anything.
7. What if I don’t like the design you create?
Answer: That is exactly why we have a collaborative process. We don’t just disappear for a month and hope you like the final result. We involve you at the wireframe stage, the concept stage, and the final polish. Revisions are built into our timeline.
8. Why don’t you list exact prices for services on your website?
Answer: An exact price list would be too rigid. Every project is unique, and we want to tailor our services to your specific needs. After the free consultation, we’ll craft a custom proposal with transparent pricing.
9. How do payment schedules work?
Answer: For most service projects, we stick to a standard 50/50 model: 50% upfront to secure your spot in our schedule, and 50% upon final delivery and project handoff.
10. Do you offer payment plans?

11. Are your “Free Resources” actually free?
Answer: Yes. We just ask for your email address in exchange. We send you the file instantly, and we’ll occasionally send you an email with more design tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.
12. Can I use your digital products (templates, UI kits) for my own client work?
Answer: Yes, absolutely! All of our templates and UI kits come with a commercial license. You are free to use them in any client project without attribution.
13. Can I resell your templates?
Answer: No, you cannot resell our templates or UI kits. That is a violation of our licensing agreement. You are welcome to use them in client projects, but you cannot redistribute or resell them as your own.
14. I bought a digital product but can’t find the download link. Help!
Answer: Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend it right away.
15. Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Answer: No, we do not offer refunds on digital products due to their non-returnable nature. However, if you are having trouble using the product, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help!
