Refunds for custom projects are rare as only a small fraction of the Custom project policy is adhered to in practice especially when development moves to a phase where there are active changes underway. Before development Begins: In case a custom project has not yet commenced and you are looking to cancel it, there is likelihood of a full refund.
During Development: As much as we encourage you to provide feedback, emotional distress should not hinder you from doing so. We cannot guarantee that refunds will be possible in all circumstances when they are within the development stage.
As for the ready-made website templates and website design packages, it is possible to issue a refund under particular circumstances. If you wish to cancel the purchase within one week of making this purchase, argue that you didn’t make significant changes or wouldn’t start making development work, then you should give them this refund.
Within the First Week Since the Date of Purchase: There will be applicable under this period requests for refund as long as the relevant service has not been delivered.
No Significant Work: If you have agreed on changes and some development work has started, you may not be able to get any refunds.
Templates, Extensions, SAAS, & Plugins: Generally, refunds are not possible for any digital product such as templates, extensions, SaaS and plugins due to the very fact that digital products get downloaded. Any kind of technical difficulties or product function concerns that arise may conveniently be solved using the customer support team. We are here to help you and would do everything possible to achieve the best solution.
Non-Refundable: Immediately accessible to the buyer, any type of digital product is not eligible for return or refund.
Fund limitation: Payment has been made for the product. Therefore, when you have bought something, the digital product will not be refunded to you.
Refund Procedure: refund requests are at our discretion. There is no period of a timeline as this depends on the tendering entity and the type of request made.
